Chief FMCG is by and by offering a chance for
a thrilling APPRENTICE TRAINING Program, through
SAGMA – South African Grain Milling Academy, at one (1)
of our factories in South Africa.
We are welcoming two (2) dynamic, self-persuaded people
with the essential specialized capacities and who live close to the assigned plants, wishing to qualify as Millers, to apply.
Finish hypothetical courses through SAGMA while performing useful work in a processing climate.
Work in assigned regions according to SAGMA modules to acquire commonsense experience which will help with grasping the hypothetical work.
Realize all vital capabilities of every division for a full comprehension of the processing store network.
Under the direction of the Production Manager/Head Miller the candidate must, after the length of the instructional class, have the option to work a factory at planned limit, with ideal extractions and produce completed items which are good for human utilization and inside item particular while keeping up with the Premier norm in any errand s/he performs.
The Production Manager/Head Miller will be the critical staff to help the candidate to interface the hypothesis with the functional for a superior comprehension.
Capability Requirements
Grade 12 – Mathematics as subject will be worthwhile/advantage.

This apprenticeship will be a 3-year program and in-administration preparing experience.
After effectively finishing the exchange test, the candidate will be respected a certified Wheat Miller.
Pass each SAGMA module at the pass rate recommended by management.
Have great information on the important division/region in the processing production network after the fulfillment of every module.
Have the option to work and perform key errands in every division/region after the fulfillment of every module.
