The Intercare Hazeldean and Irene Hospitals situated in Pretoria is searching for an Admin Assistant. The motivation behind this position is to offer administrative help to Hospital Management.
Key Outputs:
• Build useful associations with all partners
• Offer administrative help to Hospital Management
• Marketing activities
• Overseeing journals, scheduling meetings of appointment
• General administrative takes, including filing typing and so on.
• Liaising with consulting room staff Management of correspondence
• Stock administration and support
Minimum Requirements:
• Grade 12
• Office Administration qualification or equivalent
• 2-3 years working involvement with an emergency Hospital or medical practice
• Past experience inside the medical services industry invaluable
• Computer literate (MS Office) fundamental
