Are you organised, detail-oriented, and ready to make a difference? MCE Electric is looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our Pretoria branch!
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Monthly courier reconciliations.
- Filing and document control.
- Capturing stock accurately and efficiently.
- Processing credit notes.
- Assisting with PODs.
- Decanting stock and maintaining records.
- Monthly reconciliation of suppliers’ expenses.
- Following up on credit notes with Head office.
🎓 Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum Qualification:Â Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.
- Experience:Â At least 1 year of administrative experience.
- Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills.
- Experience in stock capturing and credit note processing is an advantage.
