Are you organised, detail-oriented, and ready to make a difference? MCE Electric is looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our Pretoria branch!

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

  • Monthly courier reconciliations.
  • Filing and document control.
  • Capturing stock accurately and efficiently.
  • Processing credit notes.
  • Assisting with PODs.
  • Decanting stock and maintaining records.
  • Monthly reconciliation of suppliers’ expenses.
  • Following up on credit notes with Head office.

🎓 Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum Qualification: Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of administrative experience.
  • Skills Required:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Experience in stock capturing and credit note processing is an advantage.
