Full job description

A well-established fuel retail company is looking for a young and energetic Administrator to join their team in Soweto. This role requires an individual with strong administrative skills who can efficiently manage capturing invoices, supplier payments and office tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• General office administration, including filing, record-keeping, and document control.
• Data entry and maintaining accurate records in company databases.

• Capturing supplier invoices on the accounting system.

• Making supplier payments on online banking.

• Manage customer accounts, resolve billing inquiries, and ensure prompt collection of outstanding payments.

• Strong attention to detail, particularly in financial transactions and inventory management.

• Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence and supplier queries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R9 000,00 – R13 000,00 per month
