Description

In order to guarantee the successful completion of sales and the management of stock
The candidate must have at least two to three years of experience working with paint products.
Need to have a strong understanding of how to mix paint.
Existing Customer base will be great advantage

Requirements
EDUCATION AND TRAINING REQUIREMENTS AT A BASIC LEVEL

• Grade 12

A BASIC LEVEL OF WORK EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.

• 2-3 years experience in a direct sales environment

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

Ensure that walk-in customers at the branch are provided with expedient customer service.
Make sure that your customers are aware of any additional products that you offer in order to boost your sales.
Keep an eye on the levels of stock and make sure that new inventory is ordered from the supplier or the procurement department.
Check that the counts are accurate after taking receipt of the stock.
Get stock from the receiving department, and then check that the pricing is accurate.
Always make sure to count your inventory on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
