An opportunity has opened up for a Packing Fitter to join in the group at National Brands Ltd, Biscuits factory . The job will report straightforwardly to the Engineering Foreman and be liable for the plant and equipment maintenance and repairs of high velocity packing equipment and other plant and equipment.Key Execution Regions:
Key Execution Regions:
• Complete breakdown fix work on mechanical equipment and furthermore help with guaranteeing that equipment is running at ideal levels
• Do arranged and protection maintenance schedules as appointed
• Plan shutdown work on plant and equipment
• Survey planned maintenance assignments and update the maintenance task list
• Complete root cause and failure analysis on delayed and repeated breakdowns
• Record all upkeep information (Free time, extras, and improvement suggestions) on Shopware/CMMS
• Aid in equipment charging stages
• Continuously looking for ways of further developing plant execution
• Execution of consistent improvement projects in the manufacturing plant
• Consistently screen machine execution and be proactive in amending potential issues identified
• Persistently stick to and take part in safe working practices
• Stick to the organization wellbeing strategy.
• Guarantee all mechanical establishments consent to the requirements of the OHS ACT
Qualifications and Experience:
• Have at least 3 years strong involvement in High velocity Packing machinery working in a FMCG or manufacturing facility
• Working knowledge and proven insight with Pneumatic frameworks
• Experience with high velocity flow wrapping and cartooning machines
• FMCG Pant maintenance experience is an additional benefit
• Trade tested at an Accredited Training Facility
• N4 Fitter-Mechanical Trade Theory in Mechanical Engineering
• Computer literacy – Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Additional Requirements:
• Should be computer literate
• Phenomenal fault finding skills capacities
• Knowledge on SAP would be beneficial
• Great knowledge of CMMS system or similar (SAP, Pragma, Shopware)
• QMS, HACCP and GMP knowledge advantageousSkills:
