Controlling the development of the shipment from customs freedom, to ship arrangemnets, developments of freight to trade stack, giving the client draft documentation, following vessel cruising, arrival of bills of replenishing from the transportation line, sending last pre-cautions to the client, invoicing of the record and sending the charging receipt to the clients. Controlling of shipment in light of Inco terms.
Recording of all shipment exercises on Freight wise system.(Milestones, point by point Clients and interior notes)
QC all supportive of forma solicitations, guarantee that all suplier solicitations are gotten and caught, and all disbursments are recuperated .
