Job Purpose
BIL seeks to hire an Insurance Administrator who will guarantee that all processing and recording of reports for every one of the clients are finished as per the BidvestIL Standard Working Systems. Oversee KPI execution reports, handeling of all protection work card and costing as well as organizing costing of PDI’s
Qualifications and Experience:
• Senior certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent
• Substantial Code 08 Drivers Permit
• A qualification in administration will be an additional benefit
• 2 – 3 years experience in related field (workshop experience, is an additional benefit)
• Computer Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages with strong administrative abilities
• 2+ years experience in insurance claims
Key Responsibilities:
• Helping with service and repair job cards for the workshop
• Helping with the association of courier for workshop and body shop if and when required
• Guarantee that weekly finished and outstanding tasks are accounted for to Senior warranty official timeously
• Help with all administrative functions inside the workshop as and when required
• Guarantee processes and procedures are in accordance with the client expectations
• Break down changes on reports and resolve questions everyday
• Do add on’s of new job onto job cards whenever required
• Tracking vehicles in the yard and allocation of parking for completed vehicles
• Asssisting with the maintenance and restoration of rims
• Facilitating the maintenance of seats or vehicles interior
• Receipt of invoices from service providers and loading them on sublets on job cards
• Reporting of abnormalities picked up and manage the resolving thereof
