Bidvest International Logistics has an opportunity for unemployed youth to join our YES Program for 2024.

The YES Program is a cooperative drive in partnershipa with government to reduce unemployment of youth inside the country.

Qualifications and Experience:

– Grade 12 senior certificate or equivalent
– Should be a South African resident
– Between the ages of 18 and 34
– Should be aligned to the EE requirements of the Programme
– Should be accessible and committed to work full time for 12 months
– Individual ought to have an enthusiastic interest in the transport and Logistics industry
– Should be unemployed
– Should not be signed up for any academic studies for 2024 or be studying during the Programme
– Should not have partaken in the YES Program before with any organization
– Should have a code 08 Drivers Permit

Key Responsibilities:

– Be focused on a year YES Program which will contain 25 modules of theoretical and practical parts
– All modules will be completed on the YES Platform and a portfolio of of proof to be finished and submitted upon completion of the Programme

– Be confident
– Determined and committed
– Responsible and capable to manage self,
– Be professional inside BIL’s professional workplace, i.e: appearance, conduct and communication
– Fundamental PC education
