The person in charge of this role will be responsible for providing the Dundee livestock team with administrative support functions.
Admin Intern Requirements :
Currently enrolled in an N6 FET College program toward the completion of a National Diploma in Business Administration or its equivalent.
In search of training through practical experience leading to a diploma.
Both English and Afrikaans language skills are required for this position.
Skills necessary to hold a valid driver’s license
Competence and strength in administrative tasks
Excelling in the use of Microsoft Office
Outstanding abilities in both verbal and written communication
Competence in problem-solving and the ability to manage oneself effectively in challenging circumstances
Competence in multitasking as well as setting priorities
Exceptional abilities in the area of organization
Paying close and careful attention to detail

Admin Intern Key Responsibilities Include :
Establishing and Sustaining Relationships with Stakeholders
Make sure that the administrative processes are accurate.
Keeping track of invoices and credit notes, as well as their distribution
Management of the bidding process in auctions
A settling of accounts for the auctions
Make sure that the client lists are kept with accurate records.
The one in charge of the auction programs
Manage any changes that are made to the auctions.
