Description of the Job

It is necessary for a driver to be able to safely operate a vehicle from one location to another and also to be able to carry out general work duties within the trading branch or store.

Qualifications, Experience, Requirements

Grade 10
Valid Code 10 driver’s license
Documentation of Identity Acceptable in South Africa
Blingual in English and Afrikaans
In good physical shape
Experience behind the wheel as well as at least one year of relevant work experience, preferably in the agricultural sector

Competencies

Accuracy
The capacity to work effectively under pressure, excellent communication skills, and adept time management
Flexible
Sober habits

Principal responsibilities associated with this position

Providing services for the loading, transportation, and delivery of goods and documents
Upkeep and tidiness of the organization’s fleet of vehicles
Stock take
Consumption of fuel and its management
Assistance in the business department
Assistance to customers
