Summary of the Role
To learn what our clients want, provide them with services that meet their demands, and use that information to propel our company forward so that we can attract, retain, and increase our customer base.
Lead conversion and connection building with internal and external customers would achieve these outcomes.
Duties
1. Handling Calls
- Handle customer circumstances
- Respond quickly to customer demands and solicit feedback to enhance service
- Keep clients informed of company and related financial institute procedures surrounding finance applications
- Quickly and efficiently handle both incoming and outbound calls from customers
- Foster customer interest in Auto Pedigree’s services and products
- Follow up with each inquiry and make sure the client has enough time to respond
2. Finding Solutions
- Do thorough analysis of a situation and come up with reasonable answers
Find the most pressing problems and report them - Resolve issues in a timely and expert manner while remaining composed under pressure • Stand by the principles of the organization
3. Managing Day-to-Day Operations
- Keep all client correspondence up-to-date via email
- Keep track of all actions on necessary reports
- Update the Lead Management System with lead feedback
4. Support for Customers
- Managing customer issues
- Keeping clients informed of corporate and relevant financial institute procedures for finance applications
- Get back to customers quickly and ask for their feedback to make service better
- Assist customers when they ask for your services.
Increase Auto Pedigree’s brand recognition and client interest in the company’s services and goods by taking advantage of promotional possibilities. - Initial Training in Customer Service
5. Unclassified
Attend sales and team meetings; take part in sales training; adhere to business policy and procedure; follow department SOPs; perform any additional duties assigned
Skills and Background
Essential Requirements
- Senior Certificate/Grade 12
- Two years of experience in the field is required.
Essential Criteria
- Ability to use a computer and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Proof of identity from South Africa
- A current driver’s license
Working shifts, weekends, and occasional travel will be part of the appointed person’s job description.
