Our customer is looking for a Call Center Agent with several years of experience to join their team in Port Elizabeth.
In order to address consumer inquiries, concerns, and requests, it is necessary to immediately and properly respond to incoming calls when they are received.
Will be responsible for making outbound calls in order to follow up on client issues, offer updates, and collect feedback when necessary.
Identify client requirements and concerns, actively listen to their difficulties and provide suitable solutions and support.
· Ensure that the database or customer relationship management system contains accurate information, inquiries, and interactions pertaining to customers.
· Maintain detailed documentation of customer contacts, including notes, actions performed, and follow-up required.
To acquire a thorough comprehension of the company’s products, services, policies, and operations, it is essential to have a comprehensive grasp.
It is important to remain up-to-date on the features, promotions, and upgrades of the product or service in order to successfully resolve any requests or issues raised by customers.

Requirements :
Minimum of Matric
