MSA Outsourcing Solutions is a South African based Company focused predominantly in staffing for USA based clients. We provide high caliber staff, filling various roles in a multitude of industries across the USA. Our turnaround time is expedient and everything is expected yesterday.
We are seeking with 1 year of experience, to work hand-in-hand with our USA based clients, providing high quality business development and enhancing their sales growth.
Please note that the role will be office-based in Houghton Estate Johannesburg, operating during USA EST hours (3pm-12am daylight savings dependent)
Main Tasks
- Receiving Inbound Calls
- Making Outbound Calls
- Contacting prospective clients and educating them on the product or service
- Closing sales and providing after sales support
- Actively assisting clients with their queries
- Building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships
- Overseeing an active CRM
Candidate Requirements
Computer proficiency
Proven experience in a sales role
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to upsell and close deals
Strong ability to multi-task
High attention to detail
