Job Description Overview
A call center person at Pedros is tasked with handling incoming client calls, addressing inquiries, and supplying information regarding the restaurant, menu, services, and policies.
The principal objective is to accurately process and send orders to the retailers.
Responsibilities and Obligations
- Possess a comprehensive comprehension of the restaurant’s menu regarding our offerings. Assist consumers by offering comprehensive descriptions of menu items and making recommendations.
- Receive orders via telephone for delivery and pickup. Precisely document the clients’ selections, specific directions, and synchronize with the store.
- Facilitate clients in altering current orders and submitting unique requests, while conveying modifications to the retailers.
- Upselling and cross-selling.
- Recognize opportunities to upsell or advocate for supplementary menu items, beverages, or services to the customer.
- Offer pertinent insights and suggestions to improve the consumer dining experience and augment sales revenue.
Requirements
- Must possess a Matriculation certificate
- Must possess computer literacy and exhibit proficient telephone manners.
- Proficient writing and vocal communication abilities are essential.
- Proficient in handling inbound calls
