Retentions Call Centre Agent Duties:
Icebolethu is looking for qualified individuals to fill the position of a Call Centre Retentions Agent in our Johannesburg Call Centre.

The incumbent will be responsible for carrying out responsibilities that support the Call Center.

The following are some of the qualifications required for the position:
It is Beneficial to Have a Computer Certificate RE 1/ RE5 After Completing Grade 12
Qualification from an appropriate tertiary institution is advantageous.
Prior relevant experience is required for Retentions Call Centre Agent:
At least one to two years of experience working in sales or insurance
Competencies necessary for the Retentions Call Centre Agents:
Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite on computers
A strong ability to communicate is essential.
Powerful abilities in both negotiating and interacting with others
Having honesty as well as integrity
Superior abilities in both decision making and administration
