What the job is:
We’re looking for Car Wash Attendants who are friendly, active, and willing to work hard for our customers.
As part of this job, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining our clients’ cars and making sure they meet the greatest standards of cleanliness and service excellence.
The perfect candidate will be someone who loves giving great customer service and is eager to learn and grow within the company.
“No work, no pay” rules apply to this job, which will only exist when clients offer temporary placements.
Most Important Duties:
Greet guests and tell them about the services you offer.
Perform cleaning and finishing services on vehicles, such as vacuuming, shampooing, polishing, and removing smells.
Make sure the work area is clean and organized by taking care of the supplies and tools.
To make sure the workplace is safe, follow all safety rules and instructions.
Tell managers what customers think so they can improve services.
If and when you need to, take part in the personal training and growth that ESM Group offers.
Requirements :
There is no need for formal schooling; training will be given.
(At least a 10th grade education will help)
Have at least a year of practice cleaning or washing cars.
Strong dedication to quality and close attention to detail.
Customer service skills that are friendly and a good mood.
Working well both alone and with others is part of the job.
Willingness to take part in events at work.
As part of programs to help young people get jobs, applicants between the ages of 18 and 29 will have an edge when they apply.
