Job Description
Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the building, equipment, fixtures, and furnishings. Performs routine cleaning including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors; tidying; washing walls, entryways, and windows; and empty trash. Helps service personnel as needed.
Fundamental Functions And Basic Obligations:
1. Takes care of the viable exhibition of appointed cleaning capabilities.
a. Vacuums, sweeps, and mops floors.
b. Washes and dusts walls, tables, entryways, light fixtures, vending machines and windows.
c. Cleans and sanitizes toilets, urinals, showers, tile floors, and other fixtures .
d. Fills soap, toilet paper, and towel dispensers routinely.
e. Empties garbage cans depending on the situation. Keeps up with waste receptacles and guarantees that they are perfect.
f. Picks up litter (inside and outside) as required.
2. Assumes responsibility for establishing and successful communication, coordination, and working associations with Company personnel, management, and service providers.
A. Helps Organization staff and specialist co-ops depending on the situation.
b. Keeps the management informed regarding region exercises, any critical issues, and cleaning concerns.
3. Assumes responsibility for maintaining respectful, proficient relations with clients and the overall public.
4. Takes care of related obligations as required or assigned.
a. Performs various cleaning and extraordinarily mentioned errands as allocated.
b. Keeps up with office security.
Performance measurement
• Building facilities and equipment are clean, neat, and well maintained.
• Cleaning functions are securely and timely finished in accordance with norms, schedules, and procedures.
• Cleaning necessities and issues are speedily distinguished and settled or revealed.
• Cleaning capabilities are very much planned with Organization activities. Help is given to other work force as needed.
• The executives is suitably informed regarding region exercises and of any huge issues.
• Successful, considerate relations exist with Organization guests, merchants, and clients.
Education and Experience:
• Matric
• Information on fundamental cleaning methods and cleaning systems.
• Comprehension of related security and OSHA necessities.
• Past cleaning/janitorial experience beneficial.
Skills/Abilities:
• Attention to detail
• Ready to follow directions and function well independently .
• Ability to work on Saturday or Sunday and nights.
• Able to utilize fundamental cleaning tools, including vacuums, mops, brushes, and so on.
