Minimum Requirements
- 12th grade or an equivalent qualification NQF Level 4 qualification
- One year of relevant experience
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist the Department in achieving overall alignment with the organization’s financial strategy by executing effective financial administrative and clerical tasks.
- Assist in the correction of errors and accounts by processing the necessary journals on the Venus system to ensure that the correct charges are applied to the account of the existing or new owner.
- Ensure that the applicant’s solicitors receive timely payment information by calculating clearance figures using the Venus system, thereby improving customer service.
- Assist in the processing of retrospective rate adjustments that are based on supplementary valuation rolls.
Candidates may be required to provide evidence of the NQF level that is relevant to the qualifications they have acquired.
