Job Title: Club Experience Manager

Reports to: General Manager

The Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Club Experience Manager to oversee all aspects of the member experience at our club. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members. The Club Experience Manager will be responsible for managing all front-of-house operations, including member services, events, and amenities.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement a comprehensive member services program that meets the needs of all club members
– Manage the club’s front-of-house operations, including reception, reservations, and information services
– Oversee the planning and execution of club events, social gatherings, and member engagement activities
– Ensure the club’s common areas and amenities are well-maintained and provide a high level of service to members
– Handle member feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
– Work closely with the General Manager and other department heads to ensure a seamless and cohesive member experience
– Develop relationships with members and anticipate their needs to enhance their overall club experience
– Manage and train a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all members
– Monitor and analyze member satisfaction and engagement levels and develop strategies to improve the overall member experience

Qualifications:

– A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
– At least 3-5 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality management role, preferably in a club or luxury resort setting
– Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
– Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
