Job Description.
Hire Resolve’s client is urgently seeking a Receptionist in Rustenburg, North West.
The position necessitates a friendly and professional individual to act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
Responsibilities:
Greeting guests and clients in a courteous manner.
Overseeing incoming calls and routing them to the relevant personnel.
Maintaining a clean and orderly reception area.
Setting up appointments and coordinating meetings.
Processing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Performing general administrative tasks as needed.
Assisting with the office inventory management.
Requirements:
Matriculation/Grade 12 qualification.
A minimum of two years of experience as a receptionist or in a related role.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent organization and multitasking skills.
Ability to work successfully both independently and collaboratively.
Positive attitude and professionalism.
Previous experience in an office setting is highly beneficial.

For the position of Utilities Operator, which is located in Pretoria West, we are looking for a skilled and experienced individual who possesses qualifications that are pertinent to the position.
Plant Engineer will be the person to whom the successful candidate will report directly.
The Primary Aim
The purpose of this position is to provide the Manufacturing division with a technical support service by performing maintenance and troubleshooting tasks on plant equipment in order to fulfil the requirements of the business.
Principal Obligations and Responsibilities
Bring in some hot water.
Find solutions to difficult situations.
Take care of the data sheets.
It is important to keep the working area clean and safe.
Machines need to be maintained and repaired.
Assume accountability for your personal development and performance.
It is imperative to uphold the standards of safety and cleanliness.
Commence specifications and quality assurance testing.
Guarantee the boiler process is executed and maintained.
Operate the forklift if it is required.
Capabilities, Experience, and Education
Matric or equivalent qualification
An advantage would be gained by having one to two years of relevant technical experience working in an FMCG environment.
