Description of the Job
The Commercial department at Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is hiring, and there are some exciting opportunities available.
We have opportunities for Sales Learnerships available across CCBSA, and we are looking for young, dynamic, and talented individuals to fill those roles. The successful candidate will be responsible for reporting directly to the Team Leader: Sales
KEY PURPOSE
Learners who participate in this program will acquire the knowledge and abilities necessary to understand and become familiar with the underlying principles of how to increase volume, facilitate the order taking process, and implement, execute, and monitor merchandising standards for direct and indirect customers within a specific geographical area.
This knowledge and familiarity will allow learners to accomplish the program’s primary objective, which is to equip learners with the skills necessary to understand and become familiar with the underlying principles.
The National Certificate in Marketing, which is a NQF Level 4 Learnership, will be completed by the learners.
Duties and Responsibilities of Key Importance to the Learnership:
The following will be presented to the student:
Aspects of the Sales environment that pertain to commerce
Assistance to Customers
Customer Management
Marketing Essentials
Merchandising Standards
Management Essentials
Communication

Capability in both analysis and computation.
Confident and outgoing in social situations
Capable of forming relationships that are mutually beneficial
Participant who is also capable of working on their own
Strong in argumentation and persuasion, with the ability to negotiate and exert influence
Willing to adapt and constantly on the lookout for new opportunities to get better
Strong problem-solving skills, a focus on finding solutions, and the ability to be innovative
Responsible, conscientious and dependable
Disciplined oneself and being extremely well organized
Good planning ability
A strong ability to work effectively under pressure and to adapt to a demanding working environment are both required.
High energy levels and drive
QUALIFICATIONS: Abilities, Experience, and Educational Background
A Passed Grade 12 with 40% pass in the following :
-Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy passed the test.
-Two South African Languages were successful with a 40% score each.
Having a Diploma/Degree is only advantageous
Having Driver’s License is advantageous
Must not have completed the same qualification or learning program at another company or organization in the past.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Citizenship of South Africa is required.
Candidates for Employment Equity status are required.
Must not have held a job during the application process in order to qualify.
Must be between the ages of 18 and 35 to apply.
Candidates need to demonstrate that they are capable of committing to taking part in the learnership program for the full twelve months.
General
This qualification requires that the learner obtain a minimum value of 120 credits in order to qualify for the qualification; the learnership lasts for a period of one year. In order to qualify for the qualification.

A copy of the matriculation certificate that has been authenticated by the appropriate authority.
A duplicate of the driver’s license
