Helping Banks and Merchants’ clients with charge request questions
Helping vendors with Technical questions

Logging of all questions on in-house framework Assisting Supervisor in checking call line,

Certificate Level 4 (N4)/Grade 12 (Required)
Call Center Training Certificate a benefit
Under 1 years call focus experience required
Should be ready to work 24 hour movements and a few ends of the week
PC Literacy in MS Office
A+ or potentially N+ affirmation
Great relational abilities
