POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a meticulous and exceptionally organized individual to join our team as a Stores Data Capturer.
The successful candidate will be tasked with precisely recording and entering data into our inventory management system, ensuring accurate and current records of all stock transactions, and supporting general store management responsibilities.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

• Precisely record and enter data into the inventory management system.
• Ensure precise and current documentation of all inventory transactions
• Facilitate the execution of routine inventory assessments
• Facilitate the receipt and distribution of inventory
• Ensure a tidy and orderly workspace in the shops area.
• Execute additional responsibilities as designated by the Stores Manager.

CREDENTIALS AND COMPETENCIES:

• Secondary school diploma or its equivalent
• Demonstrated experience in data capture or a comparable position
• Meticulous attention to detail and precision
• Skilled with Microsoft Office apps
• Superlative organizational and temporal management abilities
• Capability to operate autonomously and collaboratively within a team
• Proficient communication and interpersonal abilities
