Call Centre Agent MANDATORY Requirements :

National Senior Certificate or its equivalent, such as Grade 12, is required.
0 to 6 months of prior work experience.

Call Centre Agent knowledge:

Principles of the Batho Pele.
The proper way to use a telephone.
System for call centers to handle operations.

Call Centre Agent Abilities :

Literacy in computer use.
Interpersonal, communication, and listening skills are all essential.
centered on the needs of the patron.

THE DUTY OF Call Centre Agents :

Taking care of incoming phone calls (inbound calls).
Take care of calls that are going out (outbound).
Keep the employer’s database up to date.
Conduct an analysis of the quality of the calls that were received and make recommendations regarding Standard Operational Measures.
