CLIENT SERVICE OFFICER REQUIREMENTS:
- Matriculation/ Grade 12.
CLIENT SERVICE OFFICER Knowledge:
All Labor Legislations and Regulations, Private Employment Agency Regulations and Related ILO Conventions, Public Service Regulations and the Public Service Act, Knowledge of the Departmental (Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines), and Batho Pele Principles. Interpersonal skills, telephone etiquette, interviewing, computer literacy, communication, ability to interpret legislation, and problem solving are among the skills that are desirable.
CLIENT SERVICE OFFICER DUTIES:
Provide assistance to customers at the help desk, which serves as the primary point of entry for the Registration Services.
Offer Employment Services to each and every Customer that comes through the Labor Center. Find a solution to each and every client’s complaint regarding any and all labour legislation.
Receive all forms related to the COIDA Employer registration and the Unemployment Insurance Benefits for Injuries and Diseases Act (COIDA).
