Purpose of the Job

The individual is responsible for carrying out tasks and activities that are associated with the transportation of officials, the collection and distribution of mail and other related correspondence, documentation, and items to and from internal departments and external sources, as well as the collection and recording of information regarding the consumption of electrical and water from flow meters.
This is done in order to guarantee that the provided instructions are followed and that deadlines and priorities are met.
