Job Description

To give a solid and gracious transportation administration to staff and members with security being a first concern; to give a communication interface among members and staff; to work and maintain assigned vehicles; and to maintain vehicles and staff records.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Transportation
• Transport staff to and from the clinics and office.
• Transport staff to and from the workplace to occasions held on weekends and Public Holidays.
• Help with the setting up and packing away of equipment utilized at occasions.
• Collect and delivery equipment, documentation etc when required.
• Keep up with accurate records of demographics of clients who utilize the vehicle administration.
• Track kilometers voyaged and oversee site visits – logbook.
• Report vehicle mishap or harm right away.
• Plan and allocate vehicles trips on an everyday premise.
Vehicle Maintenance
• Fuel the vehicle and ensure it is in every case clean.
• Guarantee that vehicle is consistently adjusted and all around kept up with (i.e., tires, brake cushions, and so forth) and that it meets general wellbeing prerequisites.
• Prepare accidents and occurrence reports as the need should arise.
• Liaise with the Office Manager for Vehicle permit renewals.
Procurement
• Help with any office adhoc obligations.
• Assist in collection and deliveries of products and materials.
• Set up for collection and distribution.
General Office Support
• Guarantee that all training tools are consistently good to go.
• Offer different types of assistance as mentioned by the board when not locked in with moving individuals or things.
• Help with photocopying and distribution of reports.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
• Code 08 Drivers permit
• Matric or equivalent work experience
• PDP – Professional Driver’s Permit
• Defensive Driving Course a benefit
• 2 years driving experience.
• Communication abilities and local language ability
Technical Knowledge and Abilities
• Defensive driving.
• Solid client service orientation.
• Diligent attention to safety
