HYGIENE OPERATORS JOBS
The purpose of this job description is to ensure that the plant is sufficiently cleaned in accordance with Ecowize Standards by carefully following and accepting full responsibility for the 10-Step Cleaning Process.
An overview of the following responsibilities:
In order to maintain a clean and safe environment for food preparation, it is necessary to follow a 10-step cleaning procedure on a daily basis.
Ensure that the working environment is clean and free of hazards at all times.
It is your responsibility to oversee all of the operational tasks that are associated with daily cleaning, including the CIP and Deep Clean processes.
Keep a positive relationship with your customers and do your best to fulfill their needs.
Maintain order and complete daily responsibilities in accordance with the plan.
Job Requirements:
Experience in deep cleaning is absolutely necessary.
Capable and eager to work rotating shifts.
Experience in chemical stock control is absolutely necessary.
Capability to listen to, understand, and carry out daily work instructions.
Maintain the ability to work quickly and effectively at a number of different locations.
The incumbent with the most success is required to have the following skill sets:
Must have a comfortable level of familiarity with the culture and values of Ecowize.
possess the ability to work a position that requires strict shifts and be willing to work weekends.
Knowledge and experience in the field of food manufacturing.
Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while adhering to strict deadlines.
Energetic and driven.
Competence in the art of communication.
Customer centric.
