The South Deep Engineering Learnership Program is a three year organized specialized and functional learnership program intended to deliver the up and coming age of craftsmans. The program is a mix of designing abilities preparing at a certify Training Center and at work, site-based preparing. Least Requirements:

Fitting N3 specialized qualification (Trade specific) with Engineering Maths, Science, Technical Drawing/Industrial Electronics and Trade Theory)
Conversant in English (Spoken, Written and Reading Proficiency)
Developed between private and cooperative abilities
Halfway Problem-Solving Capability
Able to work at profundity in an underground activity
Rudimentary Computer Literacy
Be pronounced restoratively fit for the position and, not entirely set in stone by a gamble based clinical assessment at the Gold Fields Occupational Health Center and breeze through a Heat Tolerance Screening assessment, and such different tests as might be expected to survey the candidate's reasonableness for work
Should have verification of full COVID-19 immunization or be completely inoculated by the date of the initiation of business

Obligations and Responsibilities:

Commit and comply with the South Deep Engineering Learnership Program as per recommended MQA/QCTO rules
Apply and keep up with perseverance in sticking to preparing projects, appraisals and functional exercises
Accept proprietorship and responsibility for keeping up with endorsed learnership speed and start execution criticism and formative conversations
Advance cooperation, take part in cooperative learning and training works out
Keep all wellbeing and security rules/guidelines material on the mine
Wear all the recommended individual defensive hardware (PPE) while on mine/at the instructional hub
Stick to the organization's states of work, strategies and implicit set of rules
Maintain Company Values consistently (both at work and night-time)
