Primary PURPOSE OF JOB
This job will be mindful to convey top notch administrations to all Mediclinic patients, clinicians and general guests by supporting and completely settling their inquiries through different stations, fundamentally of the phone.
REQUIRED EDUCATION
A Matric/Grade 12 capability fundamental.
A declaration (NQF level 5) in Contact Center.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
No less than 2 years in an omnichannel Customer Service Contact Center climate.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Overhauling all key partners telephonically and through other adjusting stations as required untill the inquiry has been settled.
Individual adequacy.
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
PC educated (eg. Microsoft Office: Word; Excel; PowerPoint; Outlook)
