Eskom is currently providing opportunities for participation in the Artisan Training Program within the Western Grid, Primary Plant department, which falls under the Electrical Discipline.

Qualifications include:

• Completion of Matric with a minimum of 50 percent in English, 50 percent in mathematics
• Or 50 percent in physical science
  40% of the N3 Engineering degree is in English.
• English forty percent, 50 percent in Mathematics, and 50 percent in physical science at the NCV level four

Main Duties and Obligations

The incumbent will be provided with both institutionalized and on-the-job training over the course of this three-year training program, and they will also have the opportunity to obtain a trade test certificate along with the training.
