• You must be a citizen of South Africa.
• Your age must be in the range of 18 to 34 years old.
• Have Grade 12/Matric or its equivalent qualification.

• The individual in question should not have held a permanent position with a single employer for more than one year straight.
• Should not be attending school full-time during the year in which they are employed
• You ought not to have taken part in or registered for the YES initiative in the past.
• Applicants will be put through a recruitment process, and if they are successful, they will be placed in various Eskom Operations divisions.
