Receptionist is the job title.
To become a member of our team, we are looking for a receptionist who is both friendly and organized.
The ideal candidate will serve as the initial point of contact for our organization, greeting guests and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor from the moment they arrive.
In addition to this, the Receptionist will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing mail, answering phone calls, and providing assistance with a variety of administrative tasks as required.
Principal Duties and Obligations:
It is important to greet and welcome guests and visitors in a manner that is both friendly and professional.
Taking calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department is your responsibility.
Take care of the mail that comes in and goes out, as well as packages and deliveries.
Ensure that the reception area is kept clean and well-organized.
Give assistance in setting up appointments and gatherings scheduled.
When it is required, provide administrative support to a number of different departments.
Maintain a record of the office supplies so that you can place orders when necessary.
It is imperative that sensitive information be kept confidentiality.
Qualifications include:
Matric or its equivalent is required.
Having previous experience in a role that is comparable is preferred.
An exceptional ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
Competent in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite.
Capabilities in both organization and multitasking that are strong.
A demeanor that is both professional and friendly.
Competence in working both independently and as a member of a group.
