Description of the TELLER Job

Taking instructions from the Branch Manager

The aforementioned opening can be found at our Kokstad location.
The money belonging to the client must be accounted for and double checked as part of this position’s primary responsibilities.

The bare necessities are as follows:

Free from felony convictions
Matric or its equivalent.
Literate in using computers
At least two years’ experience working as a cashier or in a job that is comparable.
Capable of working effectively under duress

Particulars of the TELLER Job:

Make sure that the processes for handling cash are followed correctly.
Keeping track of and checking the money
Keeping the books in order and settling the accounts
Utilizing various counting machines for money
Filling up the ATMs

Other essential talents and characteristics of personality include:

Be truthful and dependable at all times.
Ability to communicate well in both spoken and written form is required.
Capable of following directions precisely and paying close attention to detail Self-motivated and able to work independently
Willing to put in extra hours of work
Presence of mind
