We’re looking for an accomplished Fitter and Turner to guarantee ideal plant accessibility through maintenance ,update and fix of equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Fit, collect, grind, machine, and shape metal parts and sub-gatherings to keep up with creation machines and other equipment.
• Upgrade mechanical equipment.
• Complete notices and work orders on the SAP framework.
• Take part in failure examination
• Complete everyday and weekly reviews on equipment as according to checklist.
• Perform reserve and extra time duties as required.
• Draw spares from Stores involving the picking list in SAP
• Share information with different fitters in the segment and in different region of the plant.
• Perform quality control assessment on all equipment that should be ready
• Machine different equipment and parts on the Boring Mill as and when required
• Comprehend and agree with the safety, wellbeing, environment, and quality requirements of the part.
• Go along and perform errands according to the association’s arrangements, strategies, and best working practices.
• Take part in the examination of SHEQ occurrences on solicitation and assist with recognizing underlying drivers for non-conformance.
• Keep an elevated degree of housekeeping in the work environment consistently.
• Report all hazardous acts to the immediate manager

Requirements:

• Grade 12 or N2 Mechanical Engineering Certificate
• Trade Test Certificate as a Mechanical Fitter and Turner
• 2 Years Post-Apprenticeship Machining experience with a heavy Engineering environment
• Valid Driving Permit
