Summary of Job Advertisement
The successful candidate will be a member of the EMS team and will be responsible for the maintenance and development of landscapes and facilities in a labor-intensive work environment.
They will use a variety of horticultural equipment, machinery, and tools as directed.
Minimum Requirements
- Standard 10/Grade 12 with six months of relevant garden/nursery experience.
- Capacity to operate horticultural apparatus, including lawnmowers, clearing saws, and brush cutters.
- Basic safety knowledge and the capacity to perform the task.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lawn construction and grounds maintenance.
- Plant maintenance includes watering, weeding, scrubbing, and cleaning.
- The application of fertilizers, compost, and chemicals in accordance with the instructions.
- Debris removal and transportation.
- The utilization and application of specialized machinery, including hand-held blowers, lawnmowers, and brush blades.
- Provide assistance with construction and decorations as needed.

- Capacity to operate horticultural tools, push-type lawn mowers, and brush-cutters.
