REQUIREMENTS:
All applicants are required to have an ABET certificate that is the equivalent of a high school diploma.
Competence in the art of communication.
Capability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Have the ability to work in shifts that rotate.
Sincere as well as dependable Maintain a healthy body in order to meet the rigorous physical requirements of the position.
Have the ability to collaborate with others.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Carry out a variety of general assistant duties, including offloading and onloading furniture, equipment, and any other kinds of goods.
Cleaning of vehicles used by the government.
Buildings and offices are subjected to cleaning.
Manage who can enter the offices.
Protect both the building’s master key and any spare keys.
Supervise and set up the lecture theaters and boardrooms in preparation for meetings and other gatherings.
Every day, open windows to promote proper hygiene and prevent the spread of infection.
Dusting that is both wet and dry.
Clean up the trash cans in each of the designated areas.
To ensure a thorough cleaning of the office, office items and furniture should be moved from one area to another.
Put away and keep secure all of the cleaning supplies and equipment.
Please report any electrical or mechanical problems with the cleaning machines and any other equipment that pertains to this topic.
Make a purchase order for cleaning supplies and ensure that they are restocked as needed. Take out the trash and store it in the appropriate locations.
