REQUIREMENTS:

Matric Certificate.

Abilities and Core Competencies:

Knowledge of computers (Microsoft Word and Excel).
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Conflict Management.
Work ethic and motivation are vital.
Presentation and behavior that are professional Management of oneself!
A pre-entry practical exercise is required to be completed by all candidates who have been shortlisted as part of the evaluation process.
The purpose of this exercise is to determine whether or not the candidate is suitable for the position based on the technical and generic requirements.

JOB DUTIES:

Provide the court with support that is both professional and efficient.
Ensure that the courts are prepared in a timely manner and that they run smoothly.
in order to provide assistance by presenting documents and exhibits to the judges.
By providing assistance to the witnesses and the general public while the court is in session.
In order to provide assistance to the advocates, we will be ushering them to and from the judge’s chambers.
Delivering and collecting files and documents in order to provide assistance to the judges
The gathering and delivery of documents and mail in accordance with the requirements.
Postal and document distribution in accordance with the situation.
