Be computer literate.
Passed Grade 12.
With no history of criminal activity.
On the basis of the following, recommendations will be made:
A strong ability to communicate verbally and in writing, as well as good interpersonal skills.
The capacity to work effectively under pressure while demonstrating initiative, time management, and innovative thinking in order to improve service delivery.
JOB DUTIES:
The function of renewing the license for motor vehicles should be performed.
The daily cash-up duties must be performed.
Processing transactions on the National Traffic Information System (NaTIS) and ensuring the safety of all revenue documents that have been generated or received while performing transactions
Taking care of inquiries from customers that are both general and NaTIS-related for the purpose of preserving a high level of professional ethics.
A contract of confidentiality, a National Code of Conduct, a Disciplinary Code on procedures in the Public Service, and the NaTIS Undertaking (NUU) will be required to be signed by the candidates who are successful in their application.
