education in matters of finance and the upkeep of stable finances.
The implementation strategy for the program
An unemployed learner who has completed their Grade 12 education and is interested in developing essential professional skills can apply for a learnership through the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA).
The duration of the learnership program is going to be one year.
Within the Human Resources division, the individual who has expressed interest in learning will be assigned to the department’s Learning and Development function.
