REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12/Senior Certificate.
- No experience.

DUTIES:
Provide assistance at the front desk, which serves as the initial point of contact for the Registration services.
Provide Employment Services to each and every customer that comes through the Labor Center.
Find a solution to each and every client’s issue about any and all labour legislation.
Obtain copies of all applications for unemployment insurance benefits as well as declarations from employers.
Receive registration forms for employers in accordance with the Compensation for Injuries and Diseases Act (COIDA), as well as application forms for COIDA’s compensation programs.

All candidates for SMS positions who are shortlisted will be subjected to a technical competency exercise designed to test relevant technical elements of the job, the logistics of which will be communicated by the Department.
The selection panel will recommend candidates to attend generic managerial competencies using the mandated DPSA SMS competency assessment tools following the interview and technical exercise.
The successful candidate must sign an Internship performance agreement.
