Summary of the Job Advertisement

There is currently an opening at the Unitrans BP Hub for a General Workers with previous experience who is interested in a permanent position.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 or its equivalent
• Physically fit
• Dependable
• Work in a safe manner, i.e. ensure all safety requirements are adhered to.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Clear criminal record
• Must have own reliable transportation to and from work
• Capability to operate heavy equipment
• Capability to walk, bend, push, pull, and lift repeatedly during working hours
• Excellent organizational skills are a must
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team

Duties & Responsibilities

• Capable of carrying out all reasonable instructions given by the supervisor;
• Responsible for maintaining the environment;
• Responsible for general housing keeping;
• Notifies building management of any necessary repairs.
• Working with loading and unloading trucks
