Description of the Job:
In order to encourage those who are interested in applying for a Wholesale & Retail SETA Funded Learnership, JD Group (HiFi Corporation) is seeking applications.
We are searching for persons who are young, energetic, and passionate to participate in a Wholesale and Retail SETA supported Learnership that will last for a period of one year.
Within the JD Group (HiFi Corporation), these individuals will have the opportunity to play an interesting role in the development of their careers.
Our company is providing prospective employees with an excellent opportunity to enter the workforce. One of the primary objectives of this program is to cultivate individuals who will contribute their full potential to the organization.
The individuals who are successfully selected will acquire experience in a variety of wholesale and retail settings.
Every one of the nine provinces is participating in our Learnership Programs in the Retail Sector.
In-store learnerships will cover the following topics over the course of 12 months:
Help customers while they are shopping (customer service) on the shop floor
The management of displays, as well as marketing and merchandise
The basics of the English language
The principles of mathematics
Understanding the wholesale and retail sector, as well as opening new accounts, and recording transactions and processing payments on the point-of-sale system of the business
Keeping stock losses under control and maintaining them
Personalities that the company is seeking for are as follows:

Individuals who wish to apply for the Learnership are required to:
Matric Certificate
To be a citizen of South Africa, you must not have any criminal records.
Both those with and without disabilities are eligible to apply.
In order to complete the registration process, candidates will be required to submit the following documents:
A current curriculum vitae
Certified copies of identification documents, certificates or qualifications, and transcripts or tertiary results (if applicable) that are no more than three months old.
Individuals who are disabled are required to submit an application along with a certified copy of a doctor’s certificate that verifies their disability.
It is important to remember that the candidates who have successfully sent their documents will be given priority consideration.
