Sales Consultant Job Description

The iStore is the place to go for anything and everything Apple-related, and it is also the largest Apple Premium Reseller in Africa.
Having a retail footprint of more than 30 physical stores and online stores across Africa, all of which offer expert advice, Apple Authorized Repairs, Business, Education, training, and technical support for anything and everything pertaining to Apple.

For open positions on our team, we are seeking people who are well-versed in technology, have an interest in retail, and are excellent communicators.

Our iStore Sales Consultant’s primary duty is to identify and seize every possible revenue-generating opportunity within the iStore.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all customers are given the opportunity to get their hands on the newest Apple products and services.
You will approach customers in a proactive manner and engage with them to better understand their requirements, present comprehensive solutions, and produce experiences that will be memorable.

In order for you to be successful in this role, we will provide you with all of the necessary information and tools regarding all of our iStore products.

Sales Consultant Duties :

This position is best suited for candidates who require some leeway in their schedule and do not require full-time employment at this time.
You would be able to work a maximum of 108 hours per month at this part-time position, which is considered to be casual.

Sales Consultant Requirements :

Do you at least have a certificate for your Matriculation?
Do you have any experience in sales, preferably in the retail sector? If not, having knowledge of the products being sold would be beneficial.
Are you passionate about our products and have some experience?
