Matric with Math and Physical Science OR N3 in Engineering Studies is required.

JOB SUMMARY

The Unemployed learner is accountable for carrying out general line operations and cleaning routines in accordance with planned operational requirements in order to safely deliver a product that is packed to a high standard.
Performs pre-start-up checks in accordance with the standard operating procedure to validate that the location and the apparatus have been thoroughly cleaned and are in a secure state.

Maintains quality control by comparing it to predetermined standards and reporting any issues with product or packaging.
Identifies process abnormalities in a timely manner and takes immediate corrective action to prevent further occurrences.

Required to make an active contribution to creating an eco-friendly environment.
It is important to thoroughly clean the machine in accordance with both the manufacturer’s guidelines and the site’s requirements.

Check and get the necessary preparations done for the raw materials that will be used.
Keep one’s own well-being as well as the well-being of others on the line in mind at all times. Capabilities in effective communication, Capacity of the body to manually lift finished products that have been packaged; good physical condition.
Follow the requirements for the learnership that have been set forth by UL and the training provider, such as the assessments, the logbook, and the assignments.
