Job PurposeTo undertake all driving duties and attend to breakdowns.
Key Responsibility AreasCollecting and delivering spares/mail, signs for spares and delivers vehicles to different departments.Moving, shunting and parking vehicles into designated areas in the workshop.Operating breakdown vehicle and determines whether to tow vehicles into the workshops or whether they should be driven.Diagnosing problems arsing from drivers report quickly and accuurately.Breaking and fitting tyres and assembles manually.Maintaining the cleanliness of ancillary vehicles.Communicating clearly over a two – way radio with customers.Completing job cards at breakdown sites.Responsible for the safe – keeping and utilization of tools and equipment under his/her control.Working in a safe manner and adheres to all safety rules.
