Work’s Description

Via Hollywoodbets, there are currently good chances for Mobile Clerk (Field) to be stationed in the Eastern Cape and Pretoria.
This role is in charge of providing operational assistance to the Mobile Department, as well as working on projects to expand the company’s customer base and maximize income. Marketing strategies will be critical to this expansion.

The following are the bare minimums:

Sales experience ranging from six months to one year

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with their accounts and betting requirements.
reaching daily and monthly mobile sales targets, total unit volume (TUV) targets, and milestones associated to the increase in mobile client base targets.
Boost daily sales by persuading people to buy or utilize the products or services being offered by persuasively displaying and/or explaining mobile objects, usage strategies, and services. Wherever possible, providing user-tailored training
To increase sales, use mobile marketing initiatives in the area.
Promote the use of mobile devices.

Put together and arrange displays in the retail shop to attract the attention of both potential and present customers.
The procedure for adding a new customer.
Provide FICA registration documents while opening a new account (FICA requirements:
Clear identification and proof of address that is no more than three months old).
Ensure that FICA paperwork are sent to the FICA on a daily basis.

FICA requires valid identity and evidence of address no older than three months.
Verify that a photo has been uploaded.
After the account is formed, ensure that the new consumer uses the free voucher to bet. Instruct the customer on how to use their mobile device to place bets.
Keeping a clean and ordered work environment conveys a positive image.
Ensure that the cash ups are done in accordance with the cash up rules.

It is your job to ensure that no supplies are running low.
Please notify management of any and all budget deficits.
Print out vouchers and provide them to the store manager to be signed as proof of clock-in hours.
When receiving mobile equipment or inventory, ensure that it is properly managed, kept, and maintained.
Depending on the nature of the activity, you may be required to transfer between branches and stores.

With the following abilities and skills:

Great Listening
Excellent communication abilities (both verbal and written) should have ramifications.
Good knowledge of mobile and internet betting, betting methods and types, and top-up voucher supply (TUV).
Strong sales and systems
