RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBLIGATIONS

  • Executes several administrative functions to assist the HR department.
  • Evaluate resumes and application forms.
  • Arrange and verify interviews with candidates.
  • Revise employment records and verify that all pertinent information is current.
  • Facilitate inquiries regarding payroll.
  • Coordinate the onboarding of new staff with the training department.
  • Generate HR-related reports as required.
  • Revise the HR database to incorporate new personnel information, encompassing contact details and employment documentation.
  • Execute general administrative duties to ensure seamless operational continuity.

  • Proficient in English.
  • Robust administrative and organizational capabilities, along with the capacity to operate autonomously and with professionalism.

CREDENTIALS

  • Matriculation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management.
  • Mandating a 24-month service contract.
  • Candidates must submit their Matric Certificate and Academic Transcript/Certificate along with their CVs.
  • Experience is not necessary.
  • Must be a South African citizen, aged 18 to 35 years.
  • Must not be currently employed or engaged in any learnership or internship program.
  • Must not have previously participated in a SETA or Government internship program.
