You will play an important part in ensuring the availability of Premier Milling and Groceries products as well as promoting them to potential customers.

Detailed description of the Sales Representatives job:

Management of Trade Routes: Regularly manage trade routes within the region, including conducting route rides to engage with customers, build relationships, and find sales opportunities.

Customer Relationship Management involves the cultivation of strong relationships with customers, the meeting of their needs, and the provision of outstanding customer service in order to inspire customer loyalty and encourage repeat business.

Achieving Sales Goals Your primary focus should be on reaching your sales goals by developing and executing successful sales strategies and continually monitoring and analyzing market trends to spot potential expansion openings.

Gathering market intelligence, which may include information on competitor activities, pricing trends, and consumer preferences, is one way to provide direction for decision-making and to maintain a competitive advantage in the market.

Product Promotions:

Carry out product promotions and merchandising initiatives in order to increase product visibility and drive sales.
Planning the Territory
Conceive and carry out efficient territory plans in order to maximize coverage and make certain that route planning is carried out effectively.

Reporting and Analysis:

Ensure that accurate records are kept of all sales activities, interactions with customers, and trends in the market.
It is important to provide management with consistent reports and analysis regarding sales performance, market insights, and the activities of competitors.

Qualification Requirements

Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
A certificate or degree in a field related to marketing or sales is preferred.

Experience Requirements

Previous experience selling items at an informal market would be beneficial.
